Most items in original condition may be returned within 90 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. See Return Policy Basics for additional restrictions.
Important note: Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees equal to the original shipping charges will be charged to all returns.
To start the return process, call us at 1-800-975-5409 and we'll promptly provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. We will also provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number for each return, which is valid for 14 days. The valid RA number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RA number.
Merchandise in unused, like-new condition must be returned within 90 days of delivery, at your own cost.
Items purchased on satinjet.com cannot be returned to our stockists.
A refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.
